As all items are hand made in small editions, or as one-off pieces, please make your purchase with this in mind. Sorry, no returns are offered unless the goods are deemed to be faulty.
Exchanges can be offered on Ready to Ship items, or by prior arrangement. An item to be exchanged must be returned in the original packaging, be unworn, unaltered and free from damage. It must also be returned within 7 days and an email sent to info@amyrenshaw.com to advise of the exchange. Postage fees are non-refundable.
Please note: Once an order is placed for a custom-made piece it cannot be exchanged.
